1 Using the Continuous Juice Extractor, process the basil leaves and tomatoes on speed 1. Stir in lemon juice and Tabasco.
2 Place a few ice cubes in a glass and pour over the Italian Tomato Juice. Serve immediately.
2-3 fresh basil leaves
3 ripe plum tomatoes, halved lengthways
5ml (1 tsp) lemon juice
few drops Tabasco
ice cubes, to serve
