Note: The rapid wholewheat program begins with a 5 minute pre-heat period. During this time the kneader will not operate

tsp = 5ml teaspoon
tbsp = 15ml tablespoon

Ingredients

For 1kg loaf
350ml water
1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
4 tsp lemon juice
540g granary bread flour 
60g unbleached white bread flour 
2 tbsp  skimmed milk powder
2 tsp salt
2 tsp  light brown soft sugar
2 tsp easy blend dried yeast

For 750g loaf
280ml water
1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil 
1 tbsp lemon juice 
450g granary bread flour
50g unbleached white bread flour 
4 tsp skimmed milk powder
1 1/2 tsp salt 
1 tsp light brown soft sugar 
1 1/2 tsp easy blend dried yeast
