Method

  1. Follow instructions for Program 1.

Tip
tsp = 5ml teaspoon 
tbsp = 15ml tablespoon

Ingredients

For1kg loaf 
380ml water 
1 1/2tbsp olive oil 
2tbsp skimmed milk powder 
1 1/2tsp salt   
4tsp sugar 
600g unbleached white bread flour 
1 1/2tsp easy blend dried yeast 
1tbsp poppy seeds 
1tbsp lightly toasted sesame seeds 
1tbsp pumpkin seeds 
1tbsp sunflower seed

For 750g loaf 
300ml water  
1 1/2tbsp olive oil 
4tsp skimmed milk powder  
1 1/2tsp salt  
1tbsp sugar 
450g unbleached white bread flour  
1 1/2tsp easy blend dried yeast  
2tsp poppy seeds   
2tsp lightly toasted sesame seeds
1tbsp pumpkin seeds 
1tbsp sunflower seed

For 500g loaf 
245ml water 
1tbsp olive oil 
1tbsp skimmed milk powder
1tsp salt 
2tsp sugar 
350g unbleached white bread flour  
1 1/2tsp easy blend dried yeast 
2tsp poppy seeds 
2tsp lightly toasted sesame seeds  
2tsp pumpkin seeds  
2tsp sunflower seed
