Kenwood Limited will only recruit personnel with sufficient competence to carry out the function that they have been recruited to perform. A job description will be raised for each post detailing the applicable competencies, against which applicants are assessed.

In order to comply with the Data Protection Act 1999 we will retain your information on file for a period of up to 12 weeks after which it will be destroyed. If you are unsuccessful Kenwood will aim to confirm this in writing in a timely manner.
Once engaged, employees’ performance will be reviewed annually. Training needs will be assessed and, where appropriate, training will be offered and evaluated. The personnel records held within the Company are subject to the requirements of the Data Protection Act. Whilst job descriptions for posts are available for audit, letters of job offers and other documentation confirming competency will only be made available for audit with the permission (written or verbal) of the employee concerned.
