PEACH STRAWBERRY RIPPLE
Makes about 1L of
ice cream
Ingredients
500g Canned Peach
3 tsp Lemon Juice
200ml Thickened Cream
Strawberry Syrup
Method
1. Puree the peaches without the syrup.
2. Add lemon juice to mix.
3. Stir in the thickened cream and chill for about half an
hour.
4. Fit frozen bowl of ice cream maker and switch on.
5. Pour in the chilled mixture into the ice cream maker and let it
churn until thick and icy.
6. Scoop out a layer of peach ice cream, top with a layer of
strawberry syrup.
7. Repeat process until complete.
8. Use a satay stick or chopstick to stir through the ice cream to
create a marble cake design effect.
9. Place the ice cream in freezer to freeze until desired
hardness.
