Method

  1. Place the yoghurt in the goblet. Add the cucumber, mint leaves and ice cubes.
  2. Switch the smoothie maker to mix for 10 seconds then smooth for 30 seconds. Serve immediately garnished with sprigs of mint.

300ml natural wholemilk yoghurt, chilled
1/2 cucumber, peeled, deseeded and chopped
8 mint leaves
4 ice cubes
2 mint sprigs to garnish
