2 bananas, peeled
200ml plain yoghurt
300ml milk
100ml orange juice
2 tsp honey
3-4 ice cubes

Serves: 2-3
Preparation time: 2 minutes

Method
1. Place the banana, yoghurt, milk, orange juice, honey and ice into the blender.
2. Blend on medium speed for 2-3 minutes or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into glasses and serve.
