Ingredients

  • 120g seedless green grapes
  • 50g baby spinach leaves, washed
  • Small handful of parsley
  • ¼ cucumber
  • 200ml coconut water
  • A few ice-cubes

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Cooking time: no cooking

Method 

  1. Add all of the ingredients into the blender and using the drinks programme, blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve.
