Ingredients

  • 3 large passion fruits
  • 100ml pineapple juice
  • 1 shot of sugar syrup
  • Ice cubes

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: no cooking

Method

  1. Cut the passion fruit in half and scoop out the flesh into a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add the pineapple juice and sugar syrup to the cocktail shaker.
  3. Put a good scoop of ice cubes into the blender and crush using the ice crushing programme. Spoon into the cocktail shaker and shake well.
  4. Pour into chilled martini glasses.

Tip: To make an alcoholic martini replace the pineapple juice with 4 shots of vodka.
