Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • 200ml plain yogurt
  • 300ml milk
  • 100ml orange juice
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 3-4 ice-cubes

Serves: 2

Preparation time: 2 minutes

Cooking time: no cooking

Method 

  1. Place the banana, yogurt, milk, orange juice, honey and ice into the blender, blend using the drinks programme.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve.
