HOLIDAY 2016 SHIPPING & RETURNS:

SHIPPING

Tuesday, December 20th: Last day to order and receive via Ground Shipping by Friday, December 23rd.  Note that order must be placed by 12:00 PM ET

Wednesday, December 21st: Last day to order via FedEx 2nd Day and receive by Friday, December 23rd.  Note that order must be placed by 12:00 PM ET

Thursday, December 22nd: Last day to order via FedEx Standard Overnight and receive by Friday, December 23rd.  Note that order must be placed by 12:00 PM ET

Friday, December 23rd to Monday, December 26th:  Our warehouse will be closed for shipping.  Any orders placed after 12:00PM ET on Thursday, December 22nd will not ship until Tuesday, December 27th.  Please keep this in mind when placing expedited (2nd Day and Next Day) orders.

Monday, January 2nd & Tuesday, January 3rd: Our warehouse will be closed for inventory.  Any orders placed after 12:00PM ET on Friday, December 30th will not ship until Wednesday, January 4th.  Please keep this in mind when placing expedited (2nd Day and Next Day) orders.

RETURNS

Any purchase made between November 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016 may be returned outside of the normal 30 day window but no later than January 31, 2017.  Please follow all exchange/return instructions below.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Where We Ship To:

  • Street addresses in the United States only (no P.O. or Military APO/FPO addresses)
  • All 50 states including the District of Columbia

You can ship to another address besides your own. When prompted to fill out shipping information, specify the shipping address you wish to send your purchase. When prompted for the billing address, fill out your own address.

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. Please check our Store Locator or call 800.322.3848 and let us help you find the store nearest you that carries our brand.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax will be added for taxable items in deliveries to the following states: California, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Virginia and Washington. The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped. Shipments to any other state will not be charged tax.

Shipping Cost:

Shipping rates are calculated according to the purchase value of your order and the type of shipment selected. Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.

All our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from our NJ warehouse. Please take this into consideration when selecting the type of shipment. Please note, we do not offer Saturday delivery.

After you complete your transaction on kenwoodworld.com, an e-mail containing the order confirmation number will be sent to your specified e-mail address. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a FedEx tracking code that will update you with the status of your shipment at any time once it ships.

RETURN POLICY

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange an item, we ask that you reorder the item online and handle your original purchase as a return for refund. This will ensure you receive the item you are looking for in the event we are out of stock before we receive your return.

How to Return Product:

Please check your invoice date: We will accept returns of unused merchandise in its original protective packaging within 30 days of your invoice date. Credit will be issued in the same form of payment used for purchase. There will be no refunds given for returns made after 30 days from invoice. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable.

Please complete the return form included with your original shipment. If you no longer have the form or have any questions, please contact us at 800-322-3848 or email us at support@kenwoodworld.us.

Please be sure to ship your item by insured, traceable mail to the address indicated on the return form. This service is offered by UPS, USPS, Fed Ex and other carriers.

Please allow a processing time of 7 to 10 business days for refunds. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from us. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.

Shipping error/damaged merchandise:

In the event that we processed an order incorrectly or sent an incorrect or damaged item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. Please contact us at 800-322-3848 or email us support@kenwoodworld.us and we will issue you a return shipping label.
