15g goji berries200g watermelon chunks, hulled and roughly chopped1 tsp maple syrupA few ice cubes
Preparation Time: 5 minutes, plus 10 minutes soaking time
1. Put the gogi berries into a small bowl, cover with warm water and leave to soak 10 minutes.
2. Drain then tip into the beaker, add the melon, strawberries,maple syrup and a few ice cubes.
3. Blend until smooth.
Tip: use frozen strawberries if preferred.
