1 medium raw beetroot (approx 80g), peeled6-8 medium strawberries (approx 100g), hulled1 large madjool date250ml unsweetened almond milk1 level tbsp raw cacao powder1 tsp maple syrup
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
1. Chop the beetroot into small pieces and roughly chop the strawberries and date before adding to the beaker
2. Add the almond milk, cacao powder and maple syrup
3. Blend until smooth.
