CREAM CHEESE TARTS                                                                                                                      (Makes 30 tarts)

Dough Ingredients                                                                                                                         140g Plain Flour
Pinch of Salt
30g Ground Almonds
100g Butter
60g Icing Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
½ Tsp Vanilla Essence

Topping Ingredients                                                    &nnbsp;                                                                250G Cream Cheese
1 Grated Orange Peel
50g Icing Sugar

1 Kiwi Fruit (Sliced)
1 tbsp Apricot Jam

Method                                                                                                                                                   1. Place plain flour, salt, ground almonds and icing sugar into a mixing bowl.

2. Use K beater and mix at low speed.

3. Add butter, egg yolk and vanilla essence and knead until it becomes a
soft dough.

4. Take about 11g of dough and press onto a tart mould.

5. Prick with fork.

6. Preheat oven at 170º C to 180º C.

7. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes or until light golden.

8. Cream cheese and icing sugar with K beater until light and fluffy.

9. Add grated orange peel and mix until well combined.

10. Use a piping bag and pipe cream onto ready tart cases.

11. Chill for ½ hour to set.

12. Top with a slice of kiwi fruit and brush with apricot jam before serving.
