Chocolate Chip Muffins

CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS
Makes 7 big muffin cups or 24 mini muffin cups
                                                                                                                                                 Ingredients                                                                                                                                    80ml Vegetable Oil
120g Caster Sugar
1 Egg
250g Plain Flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Salt
2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
180ml Milk
150g Chocolate Chips

Method   ;                                                                                                                                                      1. Place vegetable and sugar into a mixing bowl, use
balloon whisk to whisk until sugar melted.

2. Add egg and whisk until well combined.

3. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder into
the batter and mix evenly.

4. Gradually mix in the milk and mix until well combined.

5. Finally fold in the chocolate chips.

6. Preheat oven at 170º C.

7. Fill muffin cups to ⅔ full. Place muffin cups onto a baking tray.

8. Bake for about 25 to 30 minutes per tray.
