Grilled Whole Chicken

(1 whole chicken, 2kg)

Applianes Used
Oven (MO690)

1 tsp pepper
3 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp light soya sauce

1. Rub the marinate thoroughly over the whole chicken as well as on the inside of the chicken.

2. Marinate the chicken one day before grilling.

3. Set the oven to the rotisserie function (top heat) and adjust the temperature to 200ºC.

4. Place the chicken onto the Kenwood roasting spit and hold it firm using the forks provided.

5. Place the spit into the pre-heated oven to grill for 35 – 45 minutes.

6. Test with a skewer to ensure it is thoroughly cooked.

7. Remove chicken from oven and leave to cool.

8. Chop the chicken into small pieces. The remaining sauce can be drizzled over the chicken.
