Coconut Ice Cream

500ml Coconut milk

20g Cornflour

100g Sugar

6 Egg yolks

1 tbsp Maple Syrup

100g Dairy cream



1 Boil coconut milk with cornflour, add maple syrup

2 Whisk egg yolk and sugar with mixer

3 Add the egg yolk and sugar mixture when milk boils

4 Mix for a while using hand mixer

5 Put it aside to cool down

6 Pour mixter into KENWOOD Ice Cream Maker and mix for 45 minutes

7 When mixture starts to harden, pour in dairy cream
