CHOCOLATE WAFFLE COOKIES (makes about 18 pcs) Ingredients110g Butter, softened 150g Caster Sugar 2 Eggs 1 tsp Vanilla Essence 56g Unsweetened Chocolate, melted 120g Plain Flour Method 1. Place butter and sugar into a mixing bowl, use “K” beater and cream until light and fluffy. 2. Switch on the waffle maker. Grease the hot plates. 3. Add eggs one by one and continue to beat evenly. 4. Add in the vanilla essence and mix well. 5. Finally add in the flour and mix until combined. 6. Scoop about a tablespoon onto the heated waffle plate. 7. One scoop for one square each. 8. Press the waffle close and leave it for 5 minutes. 9. Take out the ready waffle cookies and place on wire rack to cool before serving. .
