Broccoli and Dill Soup

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS 1

800ml Vegetable Stock 

5g Parsley 

½ tsp Dried Oregano 

1 Broccoli - destalked and chopped

250g Peas - defrosted

Seasoning to taste

15g Dill 

2 Cloves Garlic - peeled

150g (1 medium) Potato - peeled and quartered

150g (1 medium) Onion - peeled and quartered

Method

PREP (BEFORE YOU BEGIN)

  1. Insert the coarse slicing disc to the Direct Prep attachment, and set aside.

STAGE 1

  1. Add the first 7 of ‘INGREDIENTS 1’ (stock, parsley, oregano, broccoli, peas, seasoning and dill)into the bowl.
  2. Attach the Direct Prep attachment to position 1 and slice the rest of ‘INGREDIENTS 1’ (garlic,onion and potato) into the bowl.
  3. Once all the ingredients are added, move the Direct Prep attachment to position 2. Fit the lidensuring the lid filler cap is in place.
  4. Press the start/stop button to begin cooking and adjust the time to 20 minutes.
  5. Once the ingredients are cooked, the machine will go into the keep warm stage until you areready to eat.

TO FINISH

  1. Ladle the soup into individual serving bowls and serve with a swirl of cream.
