For 1kg loaf 
330ml water 
1tbsp lemon juice 
2tbsp skimmed milk powder 
1tsp salt 
1tbsp sugar  
25g Butter   
500g  wholemeal bread flour  
100g  unbleached white bread flour  
1 1/2tsp easy blend dried yeast

For 750g loaf
300ml water 
1tbsp lemon juice 
4tsp skimmed milk powder 
1tsp salt 
2tsp sugar 
25g butter   
425g wholemeal bread flour  
75g unbleached white bread flour
1 1/2tsp easy blend dried yeast

For 500g loaf 
245ml water 
2tsp lemon juice 
1tbsp skimmed milk powder 
1/2tsp salt 
1tsp sugar 
15g butter 
300g wholemeal bread flour 
50g unbleached white bread flour  
1tsp easy blend dried yeast
