For 750g loaf 300ml water 1 1/2tbsp vegetable oil 1tbsp lemon juice 4tsp skimmed milk powder 1 1/2tsp salt 1tsp light brown soft sugar 450g granary bread flour 1 1/2tsp easy blend dried yeast
For 500g loaf 245ml water 1tbsp Vegetable Oil 2tsp lemon Juice 1tbsp skimmed milk powder 1tsp salt 1tsp light brown soft sugar 350g grannary bread flour 1tsp easy blend dried yeast
