Method

  1. After 5 minutes mixing, scrape down with a plastic spatula to ensure all the ingredients are incorporated.

Multigrain Bread

  1. Add with other ingredients:
    2tsp pumkin seeds 
    2tsp sunflower seeds  
    2tsp poppy seeds 
    2tsp sesame seeds 

Fruit Bread

  1. Allow mix to knead for 10 minutes then add:
    30g sultanas  
    30g raisins 
    30g currants

Tip
tsp = 5ml teaspoon
tbsp = 15ml tablespoon

260g rice flour 
70g tapioca flour 
70g potato flour
