45ml (3 tbsp) coffee beans
120ml (4fl oz) boiling water
120ml (4fl oz) milk
10ml (2 tsp) sugar
1.25ml (¼ tsp) cocoa powder
1.25ml (¼ tsp) ground cinnamon
15ml (1 tbsp) dark chocolate, grated
1 Grind the coffee beans in the Multi Mill, then prepare the coffee with the boiling water using a percolator or cafetière.
2 Meanwhile, pour the milk into a saucepan and heat until almost boiling. Place the sugar, cocoa powder and cinnamon in a cup and mix together. Pour over the hot coffee, stirring well.
3 Add the hot milk, sprinkle with the grated chocolate and serve immediately.
