Preparation Time: 5 Minutes
300ml (½ pint) milk
6 pieces stem ginger in syrup
30ml (2 tbsp) syrup from stem ginger
4 small scoops, about 200g (7oz), vanilla ice cream
1 Place the milk, stem ginger and syrup in the Liquidiser. Add the ice cream and process on speed 1 for 15 seconds. Increase to maximum for about 30 seconds, or until smooth.
2 Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
