Wellington’s Martha’s Pantry is an old-fashioned tearoom complete with counter-food, cupcakes, coffee, tea and other goodies. For the past three years Martha’s Pantry have been voted by the readers of Capital Times the ‘best cake shop’ and ‘best tea shop’ in Wellington.

Using fresh produce and inspired combinations, Martin will show you how to make breathtaking dishes with ease. He has lived and worked most of his life in and around Wellington, working at iconic restaurants such as Grain of Salt, Petite Lyon, Orsini’s, Le Normandie, Brasserie Flipp and his critically acclaimed first restaurant, Giverny.

Rex Morgan

Rex is chef and co-owner of the iconic Boulcott St Bistro in Wellington and a director of Citron culinary consultancy group. He also owned the well known degustation restaurant Citron. Where possible he enjoys adding a NZ twist to his food with indigenous products and showcasing some of the beautiful products our country has to offer.
