Enjoy this vitamin packed Fruit Smoothie using your Kenwood Triblade Hand Blender and Beaker attachment.

Serves: 1 - 2

Method

  1. Add all of the ingredients to the Triblade beaker.
  2. Attach the Standard Triblade attachment and lower into the beaker at an angle. Blend the ingredients together using Turbo for approximately 10 to 15 seconds to create a healthy fruit smoothie.
  3. Remove the rubber mat from the beaker and use as a lid for storage if not consumed immediately. Shake or stir before serving if stored. Consume within 24 hours.

  • 5 strawberries, topped
  • 1 kiwi, peeled
  • 250ml (8oz) orange juice
  • ½ banana
