Method

  1.  Place the milk and essence into the goblet, add the ice cream.
  2. Mix on speed 1 for 10 seconds, then smooth on speed 2 for 10 seconds, serve immediately.

 

Ingredients

  • 475ml semi skimmed milk, chilled
  • 5 small scoops of chocolate ice cream (250g)
  • Few drops of peppermint essence to taste
