Method

  1.  Place the grape juice in the goblet. Add the avocado and pear. Pare the zest from the lemon and set aside for garnish. Squeeze the juice from the lemon into the goblet and add the tabasco if, using.
  2. Blend on mix for 10 seconds then on smooth for 20 seconds. Serve immediately garnished with lemon zest.

  • 400ml white grape juice, chilled
  • 1 avocado, stoned, peeled and chopped
  • 1 ripe pear, peeled, cored and chopped
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • few drops tabasco, optional
