Executive Chef of the recently opened Salt restaurant in Castor Bay, Mark Harman is inspired by fresh, healthy ingredients. Mark’s philosophy on food and cooking is to create an array of contemporary fresh and vibrant dishes using a classical and modern approach to his cookery.
