Recipe by Eugene Hamilton for Kenwood
- 3 red onions sliced finely sliced
- 1 ½ cups of chickpea flour depending on how moist the onions are.
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 1tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- ½ cup chopped coriander
- Soda water (approximately 700ml)
- Place onions, chickpea flour, cumin, sweet chilli sauce & coriander into a bowl.
- Add soda water slowly until the right consistency is achieved.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve with a spiced chutney or relish.
