  • 100g butter
  • 100g flour
  • 500 ml milk (pre boiled with a bay leaf & ½ an onion)
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Place all ingredients into the blender attachment and pulse for 1 minute to completely combine
  2. Pour the contents into the bowl, attach the flexi beater and splash guard. Set temperature to 120°C and speed to stirring speed 1 and cook for 10 minutes. Season to taste
