Recipe for Kenwood by Claire Turnbull
Getting your kids back on track with healthy eating habits after a long summer break can be a challenge, especially when they come home from school or sports activities starving hungry and need a quick, healthy snack.
This smoothie is the perfect answer – a great option for breakfast on a busy morning, snack after school, at the weekend or after sport as a pick me up!
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup of low fat milk
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- A few drops of vanilla extract
- ¼ avocado
- Ground LSA
Put all ingredients together into the Kenwood jug which comes with your Triblade. Blend together with the stick attachment.
Easy as that!
