Recipe for Kenwood by Claire Turnbull

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen ripe banana, chopped into thin slices (max 1cm thick)
  • ½ avocado, chopped into chunks
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder (ideally dark Dutch)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1tsp maple syrup

Method:

  • Place all the ingredients into the Triblade bowl, blend until smooth
  • Enjoy in a bowl or with a cone
