Ingredients

125g Oats

800ml Water

Method

Serves: 2

Time: 5 mins + soaking

Difficulty: Easy

1. Soak the oats in 400ml water, ideally overnight.

2. Place the juice filter into the Kenwood PureJuice Pro.

3. Add 400ml fresh water to the oats.

4. Process the soaked oats.

5. For gluten free oat milk, use gluten free oats and follow the same method.

6. For a finer result you can pass the oat milk through a muslin cloth.
