Abalone Chicken Soup

Kenwood Food Steamer FS560
Ingredients
1 kampong chicken
8 mini abalones
1 tbsp chinese wolfberry (soaked)
1200ml chicken stock
Method
- Clean the chicken well, then blance with boiling water for a
second.
- Drain well.
- Put the chicken into Kenwood Food Steamer rice bowl/a large
bowl.
- Pour in chicken stock, abalones and chinese wolfberry.
- Steam for 1.5 hours in Kenwood Food Steamer or until chicken is
tender.
- Serve hot.
Tip: The stainless steel
trays and steam tube of Kenwood Food Steamer FS560 can be removed
to form a single large steaming compartment, to steam a whole
chicken.
