ROLL OATS COOKIES

Ingredients
200g butter
100g icing sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
300g whole meal flour
100g organic roll oats
Method
1. Beat butter and icing sugar with KMM750 (using K-beater) until
creamy.
2. Add egg and vanilla essence and mix evenly.
3. Add whole meal flour and mix until it forms a dough.
4. Shape dough into small balls and coat on roll oats. Flatten the
ball slightly on a greased baking tray.
5. Preheat oven at 170ºC and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden
brown.
