1 green apple1/2 ripe avocado3 broccoli florets (approx 40g)5cm piece of cucumber1 tsp lime or lemon juice200ml coconut milk10-12 mint leaves1 tbsp flax seeds
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
1. Core the apple and roughly chop before putting in the beaker
2. Scoop out the flesh from the avocado and add to the apple, followed by the broccoli
3. Chop the cucumber and add with the lime juice, coconut water, mint leaves and flax seeds
4. Blend until smooth
