Easy one-pot cooking, with your choice of meat or vegetables

Method

  1. Mix well, and ensue that all ingredients are immersed.
  2. Cook on high for 1 hour for chicken and vegetables and 2 hours for red meats such as lamb or beef.

Tips

  • Ensure that all vegetables are cut into small pieces
  • Add frozen green vegetables half an hour before the end of cooking
  • For best results brown off the meat in a little butter before adding to the curry cooker

Ingredients

500g boneless chicken breast or lamb, cubed (20mm pieces)
or
500g your favourite vegetables, cut into small pieces
1 jar (approximately 425g) cooking sauce
100-120ml Water
