Can be made with these products:

Biscuits:
 
  1. Take the butter fresh from the fridge
  2. Cut the butter into cubes and add to the bowl
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients
  4. Process
  5. Dust the work surface with the flour
  6. Roll the pastry out into a rectangle shape, about 2mm thick
  7. Cut into 5 cm squares
  8. Line baking tray with some greaseproof paper
  9. Place the wafers onto the baking tray and place another piece of greaseproof paper on top
  10. Place another baking tray on top and place in the oven - 180C for 10minutes

Humas:

  1. Drain the chickpeas
  2. Place all the ingredients into the bowl
  3. Process

Salsa:

  1. Aattach the knife blades to the food processor
  2. Peel the onion and cut into quarters
  3. Dessed the chilli pepper
  4. Place all the ingredients into the food processor bowl and chop

Ingredients

Biscuits:
200g Plain flour
1 tsp Baking powder
50g Butter
4 Tbsp Cold water
Seasoning to taste
2 Tbsp Flour

Hummus:
250g Tinned chickpeas
1 Garlic clove
50g Tahini (optional)
1/3 tsp Dried chilli pepper flakes
Seasoning to taste
1/2 tsp Ground cumin
1 tsp lemon juice
100ml Oil
4 Tbsp Water

Salsa:
4 Fresh tomatoes
1/2 red onion
1/2 Chillies
20 Fresh coriander leaves
1 tsp Lemon juice
Seasoning to taste
