Red Cabbage Coleslaw

Can be made with these products:


  • ½ red cabbage (coarse slice)
  • 6 spring onions (fine slice)
  • 1 onion (fine slice)
  • 6 carrots (coarse grate)
  • 350 – 500g natural plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • Squeeze lemon (optional)
  • Seasoning, to taste


  1. Using the coarse slicing disc, slice the red cabbage in the food processor bowl. 
  2. Remove the course slicing disc, change to the fine slice disc and slice the spring onions and the onion.
  3.  Remove the fine slice disc and attach the coarse grating disc. Grate the carrots in to a large mixing bowl and then add in the natural yogurt and the mustard with a squeeze of lemon (optional). 
  4. Tip the processed vegetables in to the bowl and mix thoroughly to combine.
