Can be made with these products:


  • 100g pecans
  • 75g raisins
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds (or a mix - we used a milled flaxseed, almond, Brazil nut and walnut mix)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 50g desiccated coconut


  1. Fit the knife blade.
  2. Put the pecans in a food processor and blend until coarsely chopped.
  3. Add the raisins, peanut butter, flaxseeds, cocoa powder and agave syrup, then pulse to combine.
  4. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and roll in desiccated coconut to coat.
  5. Put in the fridge to firm for 20 minutes, then eat whenever you need a quick energy boost.
