Making chocolate fudge can be tricky but by following this recipe in the Cooking Chef the tasty treat can be created quickly and easily.

Chocolate (64% cocoa solids, broken into pieces) 500gCondensed milk 400gVanilla extract 10ml (2 tsp)Butter 70g
Delicious dark chocolate, and good brickette pieces when cut. However, no real fudge characteristic, despite lots of beating hoping for aeration or granulation.
It will still disappear though!
