Method

  1. Place the berries, cherries and hazelnuts into the automatic dispenser.
  2. Follow instructions for Program 1.

tsp = 5ml Teaspoon
tbsp = 15ml tablespoon

Clear Honey 60g 80g
Unbleached white bread flour 600g 750g
Wheat Bran 25g 30g
Skimmed milk powder 1 tbsp 2 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp 2 tsp
Butter 25g 30g
Easy blend dried yeast 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
Automatic dispenser    
Dried berries and cherries chopped and lightly dusted with flour 50g 50g
Skinned hazelnuts, roasted and chopped 40g 50g
