Method

  1. Put the egg into the measuring cup or jug and add sufficient water to give:
    380ml liquid for 1kg loaf
    500ml liquid for 1.5kg loaf
  2. Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed in the above recipe

Tip
tsp = 5ml teaspoon
tbsp = 15ml tablespoon

Unbleached white bread flour 600g 800g
Salt 1/2 tsp 2 tsp
sugar 4 tsp 2 tbsp
Easy blend dried yeast 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp
