Can be made with these products:

BM900 Program 6

Note: Both recipes will produce a loaf with a flat top and a slightly aerated crumb texture.

  1. Follow recipe instructions for Program 6.

Variation for both Gluten Free Bread recipes

Multi Grain Bread

  1. Add with other ingredients:
    3tsp pumpkin seeds 
    3tsp sunflower seeds 
    2tsp poppy seeds 
    2ts sesame seeds
  2. Allow mix to knead for 10 minutes then add: 
    40g sultanas 
    40g raisins 
    40g currants 

Tip
tsp = 5ml Teaspoon
tbsp = 15ml Tablespon

Ingredients

410ml water 
160g eggs 
45ml sunflower oil (or other vegetable oil) 
5ml cider vinegar 
260g white rice flour 
65g brown rice flour 
65g chick pea flour 
110g cornflour or potato flour 
2tsp xanthan gum  
1tsp salt 
25g sugar 
1/2 tsp yeast
