Method

  1. Follow instructions for Program 3.

Note: The wholewheat program begins with a 30 minute pre-heat period. During this time the kneader will not operate.

Tip
tsp = 5ml teaspoon
tbsp = 15ml tablespoon

Ingredients

For 1kg loaf  
380ml water   
600g wholemeal bread flour   
4 tsp skimmed milk powder   
2 tsp salt 
1 tbsp sugar   
25g butter   
1 tsp easy blend dried yeast 

For 1.5kg loaf 
500ml water 
800g wholemeal bread flour  
2 tbsp skimmed milk powder 
2 tsp salt 
4 tsp sugar 
30g butter 
1/2 tsp easy blend dried yeast
