Method

  1. Follow instructions for Program 3.

Note: The wholewheat program begins with a 25 minute pre-heat period. During this time the kneader will not operate.

Tip
tsp = 5ml teaspoon 
tbsp = 15ml tablespoon

Ingredients

For 1kg loaf 
350ml water 
1 1/2tbsp vegetable oil 
4tsp lemon juice
2tbsp skimmed milk powder 
2tsp salt 
2tsp light brown soft sugar  
600g granary bread flour 
2tsp easy blend dried yeast

For 750g loaf 
300ml water  
1 1/2tbsp vegetable oil  
1tbsp lemon juice  
4tsp skimmed milk powder 
1 1/2tsp salt  
1tsp light brown soft sugar 
450g granary bread flour 
1 1/2tsp easy blend dried yeast

For 500g loaf 
245ml water 
1tbsp Vegetable Oil   
2tsp lemon Juice   
1tbsp skimmed milk powder 
1tsp salt 
1tsp light brown soft sugar   
350g grannary bread flour  
1tsp easy blend dried yeast
