Method

  1. Follow instructions for Program 2.

Unbleached white flour can be used instead of T55 french flour

Tip
tsp = 5ml teaspoon
tbsp = 15ml tablespoon

Ingredients

For 1kg loaf 
380ml water 
1tsp salt 
2tsp sugar 
600g T55 french flour 
1 1/2tsp easy blend dried yeast

For 750g loaf 
310ml water 
1tsp salt   
2tsp sugar  
450g T55 french flour   
1tsp easy blend dried yeast

For 500g loaf 
245ml water 
1 1/2tsp salt  
1tsp sugar 
350g T55 french flour  
1tsp easy blend dried yeast
