Makes 450g jam

Method

  1. Remove the bread pan from the machine and fit kneader. Halve the stawberries if large and place in the bread pan with the raspberries and redcurrants. Add the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Insert and lock the bread pan into the bread machine close the lid and select program 12.
  3. At the end of the cycle turn off and then remove the bread pan using oven gloves. Carefully pour the jam into a sterilised jar, seal and label.

tsp=5ml teaspoon
tbsp=15ml tablespoon

115g stawberries 
115g raspberries 
75g redcurrants 
1 tsp lemon juice 
300g jam sugar with pectin
15g butter
