Makes 1 large cake
VariationFinish this cake with a topping after baking and cooling. Mix together 140g full fat soft cheese or mascarpone cheese, 40g sifted icing sugar and 15ml (1 tbsp) cut mixed peel or orange marmalade. Spread over the top of the cake.
